the last for EDU702...class started with the test and ended with presentation of our research proposal..
Need to rephrase the title of my research as it was too long ...hehe

Steps in Literature Review..

What is a literature review? 
A literature review is a survey of everything that has been written about a particular topic, 
theory, or research question. It may provide the background for larger work, or it may stand on 
its own. Much more than a simple list of sources, an effective literature review analyzes and 
synthesizes information about key themes or issues. 

What are the steps?

Types of research...

Research Methodology includes:-

i- Experimental -- most conclusive of all methods
                        -- dependent & independent variables

ii- Correlational -- cause and effect 

iii- Causal comparative -- determines the cause or consequence between group of people

iv- Survey - obtains data to determine specific characteristics of a group

v- Ethnographic -

vi- Historical

vii - Action research - must alert with the group focus to overcome the problem
                                - always reflect and test

viii- Case study - qualitative or mixed method research

Hopefully  everything's acceptable..  with long school holidays and my 3 heroes around...its such a challenge to find the time to read all the journals and articles to support my arguments.
